With flexibility in mind, the DL225 Series of square on-axis illuminators is engineered to provide class-leading intensity on target in a variety of sizes and available wavelengths. The combination of extensive thermal modeling, a high-efficiency heat-sinking system, and high-performance optical components optimizes light output while protecting the LEDs. The DL225 differs from the DL110 in being designed for use with area scan camera applications, such as wafer surface inspection or others where differential reflection from a target is required.
