Designed for flexibility, the DL225 Series of square on-axis illuminators delivers class-leading on-target intensity across a range of sizes and wavelengths. Extensive thermal modeling, a high-efficiency heat-sinking system, and high-performance optical components optimize light output while protecting the LEDs. The DL225 differs from the DL110 in that it is designed for area-scan camera applications, such as wafer surface inspection or other applications that require differential reflection from a target.
